And as a professional photographer with an artists eye, who is part of a family that has been part of the community for over 50 years, i cant think of anyone more qualified to chronicle the history of san joses japantown than him. First of all, we were talking about the book, san joses japantown, of which you got to be the author. First and foremost, must have been a thrill to be asked to be the one documenting the history of the place. Jim yeah, we had just finished a big project called san Jose Japantown a journey. And it was a very comprehensive book on the history of japantown. And during that project, we were asked by Arcadia Publishing to do thisa book in their series. And at that time, we wanted to focus just on our big book, the journey. And so, we put that off. And when we were done with the
