fox news alert. flash flooding a serious threat in the southern plains. the region still reeling from a string of intense storms and damaging tornados over the weekend. incredible video. matt flynn joins us live from tulsa. reporter: we re sick miles west of the international airport in tulsa, where the national weather service conf m confirmed a tornado touched down. this area hit by a powerful storm that several neighbors tell us appear to be a twister. there are downed power lines, road blocks, crushed homes. we spoke to a young girl who said she helped rescue some of her neighbors from this house. we heard people screaming, which was the mom and the older sister. they were screaming, help. it was terrifying. the man was yelling help. he wanted to get taken out. he sounded terrified in there.
