A group opposing a Provo developer’s plans for a major project at the base of Park City Mountain Resort has launched an online petition in an attempt to influence a City Hall panel to cast a ‘Nay’ vote on the proposal. A little more than 900 people had signed the petition by the middle of the morning on Tuesday.
