Part of californias phase 2 those decisions and announcements have led to a little bit of confusion and some frustration by this time next week just about all the bay area counties could move into phase 2 of reopening sonoma napa and solano counties are already in phase 2 on monday, the 18th San Francisco marin and san mateo counties will join in phase 2. And today we learned alameda and contra costa counties are in the process of deciding when phase 2 will start Alameda County says it anticipates moving into earlystage to next week.
