From Tribune staff reports LEEDS The Leeds Police Department is asking the public for help in finding a missing teenager, according to an ALEA missing child alert. Arderien Marquez Ellis, a 17-year-old black male, was last seen on April 4 at approximately 11 a.m. in the area of Chattanooga Street in Leeds. He was wearing black
