ukraine, you see what a resistance looks like, what it looks like to fight for what is right, what you believe in, and for your country. again, this is so prominently displayed in these hearings. and the silence on one hand and the courage on the other hand. i want to read another quote from your book. this is about former vice president pence. quote, pence was the unquestioned maestro of the top level symphony of sick financy. the quivering reverence from my president, this extraordinary man, he was constantly referencing trump s broad shoulders, which was weird. the former altar boy could always deliver when called upon until the bitter end. yesterday, we saw a clip of former white house counsel pat cipollone saying pence should get the medal of freedom for his courage for certifying the election results, which of course, was his job. what do you make of the praise that pence has received?

Ardent Trump foot soldier and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s latest attempt to push more of the former president’s election fraud falsehoods backfired during his appearance on Newsmax on Tuesday amid complaining about Dominian Voting Systems which has threatened to sue both Newsmax and Lindell for espousing unfounded claims that it committed mass voter fraud.
Asked about his permanent ban from Twitter during an interview on Newsmax on Tuesday, Lindell tried to ramble on by parroting Trump’s false claims of “Dominion machines” flipping votes to the advantage of then-Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in the November election.
saying, you know, trade is important to me. we have a lot of problems with trade and the military leader at the other end said we don t see issues with trade here and he would move on. it was remarkable. this will be later today. we have reporting from barbara starr about what it means for the actual military and division. the military is divided, one official said. there are two camps. ardent trump supporters thabl the president is watching out for the troops. the other half, many are high ranking, believe the military must be independent of political influence and they don t see the president adhering to that. sounds like tensions have been bubbling up and things are coming to a head, especially with the syria decision and pulling the troops, abandoning our kurdish allies. what s striking to me is the disconnect between trump s love of the military and understanding of the military. this is a president who ran on supporting the troops, the military, the veterans. at the same time

president of the united states. was there a quid pro quo? as i testified previously, with regard to the requested white house call, and the white house meeting, the answer is yes. it s a claim president trump quickly denied, notes in hand. distancing himself from the donor turned diplomat. i say to the ambassador s response. i want nothing. i want nothing. i want no quid pro quo. later, wednesday, another surprise revelation, laura cooper, a top pentagon official said leaders in ukraine were aware there was some kind of issue with the military aid as early as july 25th. the same day as a call between president trump and the leader of ukraine. some of those who listened to that july 25th call said the white house summary was substantially correct, but described it as less than perfect. i found the july 25th phone call unusual. it involved discussions of what appears to be a domestic
