He is an Army Specialist stationed at fort hood. Lopez is being treated for mental illness. He was being treated for post Traumatic Stress disorder. Fort hood is near the texas town of coline north of austin. Sadly this has all happened before. In 2009 fort hood was the site of the deadliest mass shooting ever at a military base. She says the truck was already on fire as it came across the median before it crashed into the bus.
