Police are investigating this alcohol was a factor. In developing news out of san jose, police are looking for a fan who led officer on a chase that resulted in a patrol car crashing into a tree. It happened just before 9 last night. They were trying to conduct a traffic stop of a suspect when he drove off. Patrol car ended up crashing into the tree. The suspect got out and fled oven search. Nice and sunny. 57 degrees in san jose. So you are one of the lucky ones starting out with a bright sunday. Most of us shrouded in the overcast. Livermore some sunshine at 63, as well as los gatos. But we have plenty of cloud cover in the north bay from novato to napa and 54 in santa rosa. In the south bay today and the rest of the bay area, we will see more sunshine, but temperatures remain cooler than average with just low to mid60s. Maybe a few upper 60s around oakland and san leandro. Cloudy skies, mid50s to low 670s at our beaches and inland today numbers just a few degrees cooler. We will have the sea breeze. Very pleasant with numbers in the upper 70s to mid80s. But still cooling for the first part of the work week. The second half of the work week when august begins, a different story. Ill hav
