A local couple accused of engaging in a physical confrontation while driving on Highway 45 made initial bond appearances on Monday before Court Commissioner Michael Winter.
Ashley A. Abt, 31, Antigo, is charged with battery and disorderly conduct. Each of those charges carry modifiers of repeat offender, domestic abuse repeater and domestic abuse. She is also charged with criminal damage to property and misdemeanor bail jumping, both also with repeat offender enhancements.
Abt was placed on a $5,000 signature bond with conditions that she maintain absolute sobriety and have no contact with co-defendant Tyler Lukasavage.
