A Texas boy, 8, has died after he was playing a game of hide and seek at a relative’s house and became trapped between a washing machine and dryer, police say.

THOMASVILLE, Ga. â The Georgia State Patrol is continuing to investigate a Saturday evening accident that claimed the life of a Doerun woman.
The accident occurred Saturday around 6 p.m., said Georgia State Patrol Sgt. Dustin Rozier. A Lincoln MK, driven by Tory Wingate, collided with an ambulance.Â
Lillian Wingate, 94, of Doerun, was killed in the wreck.
A preliminary investigation indicates the Lincoln was headed west on Highway 188 and the ambulance, owned by Grady Health System of Atlanta, was southbound on U.S. 19.
The Lincoln, turned into the southbound lane of Highway 19 and the front of the ambulance struck the passenger side of the Lincoln.

QUITMAN, Ga. (WCTV) - A Brooks County couple married for 61 years will be laid to rest Saturday after they died from COVID-19 on the same day.
After nearly a lifetime together, William James and Jeanette Davis Gloster were inseparable, even until death.
The Glostersâ only child, Antoinette âShawnâ Linder, and her husband, Stacy, shared their story with on Wednesday.
William, 97, and Jeanette, 94, met in their thirties, Shawn said, when William walked by Jeanette every day as she stood on her front porch.
