STELLAR PERFORMANCE. The 2021 rankings of the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) shows the province of Camiguin in the overall third spot in the Provincial category, while the City of Cagayan de Oro ranked seventh in the Highly Urbanized Cities category. The CMCI rankings are based on the sum of their scores on four Pillars: Economic Dynamism, Government Efficiency, Infrastructure, and Resiliency. (Image courtesy of CMCI-DTI) CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY-Twelve local government units (LGUs) in Northern Mindanao (Region 10) have been awarded in the 2021 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). In a statement, DTI-10 said the awardees consisting of eight municipalities, three cities, and one province were recognized during the virtual 9th Regional Competitiveness Award
