Chattanooga police said 18-year-old Ralph Hughley was arrested on warrants for first degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and possession of a firearm.
It was an emotional day for friends and family of Dedrick Boatwright III. They gathered to release balloons and hold a candle vigil, when an arrest was made.
