The Horseshoe Tavern has been having a tough time throughout the pandemic.
Like other Toronto concert venues, the iconic watering hole has been mostly closed for in-person live music since last March. But the historic Queen West bar has been trying to make a go of it, putting on its first livestream concerts in over seven decades. But even those have been postponed multiple times due to Ontario lockdown restrictions.

Toronto s Horseshoe Tavern has announced Chill-O-Rama, a drive-in and livestream weekend festival taking place at the city s own CityView Drive-In this summer.
Running from July 15 to 17, Horseshoe Tavern s Chill-O-Rama will bring Jim Cuddy Band, Stars, Skydiggers, the Sadies, Elliott BROOD, Ellis and Arc Sound to the city s newest waterfront venue.
The festivities will kick off on July 15 with performances by Jim Cuddy Band and Arc Sound. The July 16 lineup will then see performances by Stars and Ellis, and the festival will conclude on July 17 with performances by Skydiggers, the Sadies and Elliott BROOD.
