CAIRO, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 (WAFA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad Malki said the Palestinians are more optimistic than ever to end the 14 years of internal division through elections. In his speech before the Arab Foreign Ministers meeting in its 155th session, which was held at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo, Malki affirmed his rejection of any political interference or funding in the upcoming elections, directly or indirectly. He expressed hope that all parties would motivate all Palestinian forces to work in favor of democratic and transparent elections that reflect the desire of the Palestinian voters.
