Local restaurants prepare for New Year s Eve celebrations

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) â In just a few days, we ll leave 2020 behind and start a new year. While local businesses are offering a chance to ring in 2021, celebrations will look different.
âYou re not going to see as much of the bar activity that you re used to, but we ll still have all of our tables open. We re still going to have champagne flowing and some bourbon available to drink,â said Virgil Covington, a market partner for Bluegrass Hospitality Group, which owns Maloneâs, OBC Kitchen, Drake s, Harryâs, and Aqua Sushi restaurants.
