Born and raised in Lahaina, April Lum has over 20 years of property management and related experience.
LAHAINA April Lum has been promoted to Director, West Maui Operations at Hawaiiana Management Company. Lum joined Hawaiiana Management in January 2019 as Office Coordinator and Management Executive, and she was instrumental in opening the office in August 2019. In June 2020, she was promoted to a Senior Management Executive. Located in Lahaina, the West Maui office also provides service to clients in Kaanapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Napili and Kapalua. Hawaiiana also has an office in Kihei. Lum was formerly executive assistant to the president and office manager at Management Consultants of Hawaii Inc., responsible for day-to-day operations. While there, she also served as community association manager.
