Again theres basically sorted out a bit of the mess. All muni lines are back on track. Muni told us that this was caused by a power outage they had last night. The electrical problem happened as commuters were headed home. There was a blown transformer on van ness. It was damaged from water. Computers were down in the subway. We waited and they never tell you how long its going to be. Reporter the whole restoration is ahead of schedule. Originally the n and j lines were supposed to be delayed this morning but when we spoke to a muni spokesman on the phone they say crews restored power about 1 30 this morning and find the electrical short in order to get all lines back and running before the big commute. Now, they also had a lot more on their hands last night at church and market. Muni dealt with another major problem.
