13 employees are keeping up with raw bulk milk production. Between feeding and milking the cows, itâs all hands on deck. âThat does not include my wife or myself, and weâre both more than full-time,â said Bliss Farm Owner, Dustin Bliss.

Bliss: Itâs harder to give raises to employees. Itâs harder to reinvest in the business. Some things you just donât do because you donât have the money for it.â
Gas prices up once again in WNY

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â Gas prices are continuing to rise throughout New York State, including in Western New York.
According to AAA, the nationwide price per gallon is about $2.86, and even higher in New York State, at $2.90 per gallon. Gas prices throughout Western New York are slightly lower.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â Western New Yorkers, and Americans, are paying more at the gas pump.
According to AAA, the price per gallon statewide is about $2.78 per gallon, about 27 cents more than the state average a month ago. Counties throughout Western New York have slightly lower gas prices, however.
Allegany County: $2.68
Wyoming County: $2.75
In Buffalo, prices jumped seven cents during the last week in February, up to $2.72 per gallon as of Monday morning. That price matches the national average, which is up about 30 cents in the last month.
