In developing News San Francisco Police have detained a person of interest who may be connected to the suitcase of body parts. Here he is being led to a police car on turk street in San Franciscos tenderloin district. Sergio quintana has the latest from the hall of justice. Authorities say they received reports of a car on fire. Both the car and nearby trees were engulfed in flames. No word yet on what led to that accident. One lane of southbound 101 remains closed this morning while police investigate. Arraignment is scheduled early this morning for a man in connection with a dismembered body found in a suitcase in San Francisco.
