Simon Ekpa, the self-proclaimed disciple of the detained leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, claims the IPOB leader is currently in severe pain due to an infection in his ears. Ekpa stated this in a series of Tweets on Wednesday, claiming that Kanu's current health status required him to be hospitalised. According to him, based on the expert advice given by a doctor hired by the Nigerian secret police, the Department of State Services, Kanu is in need of urgent surgery.
