Our three most prosperous counties is home to 40 of the states Bank Deposits. What that translates into is thats where capital largely resides. Gutting the endangered species act, overriding the biological opinions, taking away the clean water act and simply turning the pumps on is not a solution. It is in fact the death nell of the delta.
