No fewer than seven persons, including four policemen, were killed when gunmen attacked the convoy of the Founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman.
At least six persons were assassinated on Friday at Warrake in Edo when gunmen attacked a motorcade of the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johson Suleman.
A civic organisation, the Rule Of Law And Accountability Advocacy Centre (RULAAC), has condemned the killing of a man suspected to be among the gunmen that attacked the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman's convoy on Friday in Edo State. RULAAC, in a statement released by its Executive Director, Okechukwu Nwanguma, claimed that the deceased was arrested by a group of vigilantes who handed him over to the Nigeria Police Force for further investigation on the matter.
I have watched Apostle Suleiman’s video after the very painful and unfortunate attack on his convoy yesterday by Unknown Gunmen (UGM) that left seven person dead and others injured. I believe objectively that in a Working Society as we have seen in sane climes, the Nigeria Police Force would have taken Apostle Suleiman into Custody for inquisition, Interrogation and even for his own Protection.
