Eddie Quinones Santiago was sentenced by a district judge on Wednesday after pleading guilty in December 2020 for conspiracy to distribute and possession of cocaine and heroin. Officials say Santiago was identified as the person who was responsible for distributing large amounts of heroin in Orlando and Tampa.

Officials said it was that evidence that led them to Hernandez-Santa Cruz s home. Investigators said they found the vehicle involved and identified him as the owner of the car.The Apopka Police Department obtained an arrest warrant and said Hernandez-Santa Cruz turned himself in after mounting pressure of the case against him.
