Police has identified the deceased as Apio Lilian, a resident of Alaka village, Amolatar district in Uganda.
Police investigations reveal that the suspect accused her daughter of having an affair with a man who is a resident of Kiryanga Village in Acii subcounty.
“The father accused the daughter of repeatedly escaping from home to meet a boyfriend” said Mr Jonathan Akweteireho, the Amolatar Deputy Resident District Commissioner.
Security investigations have gathered that on December 23, the deceased went to the boyfriend.
âUpon her return- home, the enraged father reported her to the LCI chairman of Alaku village,â Mr Richard Oling, Deputy RDC said.
