Ousted Buffalo City College council chair Dr Bonga Zuma is fighting to get his job back after being sacked by higher education and training minister Blade Nzimande. Zuma was fired by Nzimande on Tuesday last week after a wrangle over the appointment of an acting principal at the college, which was in turmoil in 2022 because of fallout between the council chair and disgruntled staff members.
