Miller Homes is working with Sten Architecture and planner Pegasus Group on the Carr Lane proposal for Prescot Park. Of the 55 homes proposed for the final plot at the scheme, 32 are to have three bedrooms and 23 four bedrooms. This is well within the 750 allowed in the outline consent for the wider Prescot Park masterplan.
