LAHORE : Lahore General Hospital (LGH) Medical Superintendent Dr Abdul Razzaq has said that young nurses should make service to the patients their motto as nursing is a very sacred profession which has the highest honour of serving humanity.
“The field of nursing began with a great woman named Florence Nightingale whose name is on the front page in the history of nursing and is considered a role model for women in other fields,” he said while addressing a ceremony held on the occasion of retirement of Head Nurse Ms Cecilia Gill.
