Abu Dhabi/London, Dec 12 (PTI) External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Monday that the countries responsible for global warming need to step up and stop short-changing the world.
India and other countries can play a bridging role amid the divisions created between North-South over development which Ukraine impacts, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said.
