ISLAMABAD: After a gap of two days, the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad again saw a surge in Covid-19 cases, with five deaths - three in the capital and two in the garrison city.Officials of the capital administration said 742 cases were reported on Thursday against 659 and 564 cases on Tuesday and Wednesday.
During the last 24 hours, 8,433 tests were conducted in the capital and the positivity rate was 8.58pc against 8.39pc on Wednesday.
