(WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police officials have charged a suspect in the murder of 24-year-old Mayte Aguirre. Police say Antwan Churchwell, 28, shot and killed Aguirre on Feb. 1 from the back seat of the vehicle in which she was riding in the front passenger seat. MNPD Churchwell and another man dropped Aguirre off at Southern Hills Medical Center. Police initially named Churchwell as a person of interest, wanting to talk to him, but days later charged him in the murder. They asked anyone who knows where he is was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
