Clerk saying she wanted to delete stuff off her phone because she was in trouble with the cops. Bob the judge said it certainly sounded suspicious, but expressed doubt over whether that ever happened and whether there was enough probable cause to support the new evidence tampering charge. It looks suspicious. I get that. Maybe if i were in vegas, i d go the other way. Bob moore s phone is still in police custody. Prosecutors said police checked the phone since the store clerk they can t get in to it to remove evidence. The phone was removed from evidence and now has a pass code on it that prevents police from being able to execute the search warrant. Bob the clerk tells police he did not give moore any information about remotely locking the phone.
