The Painesville City School District is looking to promote engagement with students, parents and community members and improve proficiency scores in the year ahead, according to Superintendent Josh Englehart.
Former Painesville City School Board member Steve Costell has returned to the board for a four-month stretch, filling a vacancy opened by Pat Brown’s resignation in August.
