Dynamic Discs founder Jeremy Rusco announced a new beginning for the Emporia Community Club Thursday evening, days after closing on a deal to purchase the historic property.
According to an email sent to members this week, the Emporia Community Club is changing hands next month, a year after it was purchased by a local investment group.
