Just after 8 30 tonight, those suspects approached two older men who were just leaving Delaware Valley sports center. The men were customers who had been inside doing guard practice. The suspects demanded every weapon the two victims had with them, along with their money, wallets and cell phones, even though the victims didnt resist and handed over their guns, the male suspect fired and the older victim is fighting for his life in surgery now. Not only were they both armed with guns at the time of the robbery, they stole seven additional handguns. Nefertiti jaquez just spoke with the school of music where the suspect worked. Reporter jim, that owner is very distraught this evening. He tells us he fired that music teacher immediately after learning of the allegations, but tonight were learning that the music teacher actually had access to dozens of kids over the course of nearly five years when he taught here at the private music school. Now, 44yearold anton fomin was arrested for sexually abusing three children all 6 years of age. He was a teacher at the Melbourne School of z music. All three victims were his students at the music school here along east king street. Authorities say the parents of one of the students contacted Police Last Week about him inappropriately touching their daughter. Another woman prior to saturday mornings assault. Milton garcia is accused of raping a 26yearold woman at her Center City Apartment over the weekend. Police told us a second woman reported a man matching garcias description exposed himself to hour about an hour before the rape.
