The Accomack County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a stabbing and a shooting that took place over the weekend which investigators believe are related.
According to Sheriff Todd Wessells, on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at approximately 3:13 a.m., the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a male subject who had been stabbed on Second Street in Keller, Virginia.
Upon deputies arrival on the scene they discovered a 63 year old male suffering from multiple lacerations. The victim was transported to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital and subsequently transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

KELLER, Va. A woman is facing charges in Accomack County after authorities say she stabbed a man.
Early on the morning of March 6, Accomack Sheriff s deputies were called to Second Street in Keller for a report of a stabbing.
Deputies arrived to find a 63-year-old man suffering from multiple lacerations. He was taken to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital and later transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Following an investigation, deputies arrested 26-year-old Antoinette Wanita Satchell of Onancock, and charged her with attempted murder and malicious wounding.
Satchell is currently being held without bond at the Accomack County Jail.

Deputies responded at about 3:13 a.m. Saturday to a report of a man being stabbed on Second Street in Keller. They arrived to find a 63-year-old man suffering from multiple lacerations.
The victim was taken to Riverside Shore Memorial, according to a news release, and then was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
An investigation resulted in warrants being issued for Antoinette Wanita Satchell of Onancock, who is charged with attempted murder and malicious wounding. Bond was been denied for the 26-year-old who was being held in the Accomack County Jail.
