The James Beard Foundation released its list of restaurant and chef semifinalists for the James Beard Awards on Wednesday. A total of 16 Philadelphia region establishments were included on the list. These include Ellen Yin of High Street Hospitality, Friday Saturday Saturday in Rittenhouse Square, and Amanda Schulman of Her Place Supper Club.
