Antico survived on focaccia pizza and ice cream sales during the coronavirus pandemic. Now it’s time to start thinking, again, about a brand new future
In many ways, Chad Colby’s Larchmont area restaurant Antico has been a hit, pandemically-speaking, a rare bright-ish spot in a year of dining darkness and fear. The strip mall space was among the first to abandon not only its traditional service model as the earliest lockdowns struck, but also its entire rustic Italian, pasta-heavy menu.
