Mendoza s mother, accompanied by a lawyer, submitted a complaint before the NBI s Cybercrime Division, said division chief Victor Lorenzo. Lorenzo said the NBI will look into the complaint and may summon those who will be found to have produced and circulated the video. He said possible charges will be for violation of the Anti-Voyeurism Act, the Safe Spaces Act, as well as for cyber libel, unjust vexation, and identity theft.
