Foxconn and the state of Wisconsin have a new deal. It s smaller. A lot smaller. The Taiwanese company is now saying that it will create about 1,454 jobs here by 2025. In exchange, Foxconn will g et up to $80 million in tax credits. When the project was first pitched, Foxconn said it would create 13,000 high-tech jobs in Wisconsin. The state would have given the company up to $2.85 billion for that.
