Katriana Covington, 23, of Hamden was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny. Manzie Cire Myers, 23, of 51 Spithead Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Norwich Jennifer M. Bautista, 30, of 31 Beckwith St. was charged April 30 with cruelty to animals. Wesley J. Brooker, 34, of Columbia was charged May 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Joshua Formiglio, 35, of 12 Harland Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sean Christopher Walsh, 23, of no certain address was charged Monday with violation of a protective order. Justin D. Beauregard, 34, of 29 Dubois Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, interfering with an emergency call and violation of a protective order.
