Eight people are facing trial charged with the murder of a teenage Salford student who was shot dead a year ago in Blackburn.
Aya Hachem, 19, from Blackburn, was killed on a shopping trip at around 3pm on Sunday May 17 last year in King Street, in the Lancashire town, when two shots were fired from a passing car.

The teenage law student had been walking home from the Lidl supermarket in King Street, Blackburn, when she was struck by a bullet fired from a passing vehicle.
