ELLSWORTH — Thursday, Feb. 9 will mark a year since a Sullivan man, Anson Snowdeal, now 42, was last seen walking away from a Water Street apartment in Ellsworth.
Snowdeal was accused of taking tools belonging to his missing twin brother, Anson Snowdeal, and refusing to return the items to Anson’s wife, according to Foster.
