Child ID service announced for Delaware County Fair (WBNG) The Delaware County Sheriff s Office announced Monday that the 134th Annual Delaware County Fair will be held from Aug. 16 to 21 in Walton, N.Y. The Sheriff s office announced this year there will be a new child ID table for parents to receive an ID card for their children. The service is free, but the child must be present. Forms will be available all week for completion before the fair.
