Global Insight assesses how governments and medical authorities should respond and whether compulsory vaccination is the answer. Vaccination against Covid-19 is seen as a route back to normality, an escape from the current restrictions which mean we can’t shake hands, hug loved ones or travel freely. For some people, vaccination promises release from the fear the virus may strike them, a relative or a friend, hope of reinvigorating a moribund livelihood or resuming a child’s disrupted education.

The CIFI program is an accrediting process for individuals with the specialized skills required to detect, investigate and deter insurance fraud. The program has a high standard for admission and testing, including adherence to the International Association of Special Investigation Unit’s code of ethics and a demonstrated competency through mandatory continuing professional education. Novak is a member of the IASIU and has been active in the SIU for more than three years. To achieve the CIFI, she acquired 100 points toward the examination application that combines educational degrees and years of insurance investigation experience. She also successfully passed the exam.

Jobs growth helps an economy in regards to money being spent in the local community supporting local businesses that can create more jobs as small businesses grow with demand. Towns and regions that have good industry and job opportunities have a strong housing market where property valuations improve due to demand. Property values are protected from declining and impacting our retirement plans providing a community with hope into the future. Housing demand will go up as job opportunities increase and this can put pressure on available rental properties as the Rockhampton region is experiencing now with various projects.
