The Galesburg Silver Streaks will be represented at the IHSA State wrestling tournament by a female athlete for the first time. GHS sophomore Annalisa Gibbons qualified at the Geneseo sectional last week in the 140lb weight class. She'll wrestle at the state meet starting tomorrow at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington. A pair of three-time state qualifiers will lead a contingent of four Galesburg Silver Streaks to the IHSA Boys and Girls State Wrestling Championships the next two weekends.
