More than 75 years on, World War II remains central to our identity as Americans. It was the conflict that not only defined the United States’ forthcoming role as a superpower during the Cold War, linking national security with overseas conflicts, but also shaped our sense of self as the nation struggled with lingering economic depression and long-standing social tensions, coming together to fight common enemies. VDNKh Museum of Oriental Art to hold unique online guided tour

Museum of Oriental Art at VDNKh
The guided tour will visit an exhibition at Pavilion No. 13 Healthcare featuring 1,500 artefacts. The event will be broadcast on VDNKh’s official Odnoklassniki account and on the Museum’s YouTube channel.
The Museum of Oriental Art is unveiling its collection for the first time. On 25 December, users will see artefacts from the Caucasus, Central and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Far East and Africa. All of them are now part of a huge exhibition with 1,500 items at VDNKh’s Pavilion No. 13 Healthcare. Most of the exhibits have never been on show before.
