A woman left the baby in a womens restroom in that little trash can there. They expect the baby isnt much more than an hour old, and when she was found, other women who were in the area rushed to aid the baby. You see they start taking off their coats and using them as quilts to comfort its unknown who the baby belongs to, but there are social welfare systems in place.
