Anna-Marie Fisher, the grandmother of little Wyllow-Raine Swinburn, who died on September 27, made a heartfelt plea for NHS to address ambulance wait time on GMB today.
Paramedics took more than half an hour to reach a dying baby - 23 minutes longer than expected in a category one emergency. The ambulance service has since launched an investigation.
