The Hartford City Wesleyan Church on the south side of town was filled with Holiday music in a cool jazz style courtesy of the Blackford County Schools Open Jazz Band
Seattle Veterinary Outreach made a plan to help pets at the Woodland Park encampment, but before that could happen the city ordered the encampment to be cleared.
