NEW HAVEN With previous owners having failed to develop the former site of the Lehman Bros. printing company, East Rock resident David Budries said in his mind 191 Foster St. seems almost “cursed.”
Despite a three-year-old proposal to construct condominiums on the lot, antsy neighbors said they have yet to see construction begin. Meanwhile, the property manager says development will go forward, with site work slated for this summer, citing reasons for the delay, including clean up at the site and design work.
